SUPPORT THROUGH THE PROCESS
A claim involves people, records and decisions. We help the employer organize its part of the process and keep the next steps visible.
Help gather accurate information, organize the timeline and prepare the employer’s supporting records.
Track outstanding information and support communication between the employer, worker and WCB, within the agreed authorization.
Help identify meaningful duties, document arrangements and coordinate follow-up around the worker’s abilities and restrictions.
Help supervisors understand reporting, respectful communication and their role in a workable modified-duty plan.
Connect incident findings and claim follow-up with practical prevention and program improvements.
A RETURN THAT WORKS
Timely, well-coordinated modified work can reduce avoidable time away and help workers stay connected to the workplace when it is medically appropriate.
We help put the practical pieces together. WCB determines claim entitlement and benefits; return-to-work arrangements must reflect the worker’s functional abilities and restrictions.
